Remove membrane from under side of ribs
Rub ribs a day a head.
Heat oven to 325. Place ribs, meat side up, on pan. Poor sake in pan. Cover with foil. Roast for 1.5 hours.
For the glaze: saute garlic and ginger... add remaining ingredients, boild until syrupy.
Glaze ribs and put under broiler.
