1/8 cup vinegar (balsamic, white wine, champaign, whatever you want)
1 tsp Salt
Fresh groun pepper
Fresh Parmesan
Fresh Herbs
Directions
Make a vinagrette out of everything except the parmesan and the mushrooms. De-stem the mushrooms and toss in vinagrette and parm. Adjust seasoning. The longer they marinate the stronger the flavor gets.
