- 2 cups long-grain Thai jasmine sticky rice
- 1 tsp baking sode
- 1/4 dried black beans
- 3 cups Fresh Unsweetened Coconut Cream (page 169)
- 1 cup sugar
- 1/2 teaspoon sea saly
- 3 ripe bananas, peeled and quartered lengthwise
- 2 packages banana leaves (see page 135), washed and dried, cut into forty 7- by 9-inch pieces
- Forty 12-inch pieces kitchen twine
